These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 299bd platform and all of its services. By using the platform, you automatically consent to these Terms. If you object to any term, do not use the service.

1 General Introduction

299bd is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and live gaming services. These Terms serve as a legal agreement between the user and 299bd.

In this document, "we", "us", or "platform" refers to 299bd. "You", "user", or "member" refers to any registered individual. These Terms apply at all times — before registration, during membership, and certain provisions remain in force even after an account is closed.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use services at 299bd, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

  • You must be a valid individual with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement on your own behalf.
  • You must confirm that you do not already hold any account at 299bd.
  • Your account must not have been previously cancelled or banned.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, they will be cancelled immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate and complete information — name, mobile number, and any other required details. Providing false or incomplete information will result in failed verification and may block withdrawals.

You must keep your password and login credentials completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to us immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account.

  • A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested for verification.
  • Additional document verification may be required before large withdrawal amounts are processed.
  • The payment method used during registration and the account name must match.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals at 299bd may only be made through approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).

  • Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. Deposits and withdrawals may only be made to the payment account whose name matches the registered member's name.

In the event of suspected suspicious transactions or money laundering, we reserve the right to place any withdrawal on hold until an investigation is completed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

The 299bd welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The following terms apply when a bonus is accepted:

  • Wagering requirement: 25x — calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
  • Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or a deposit of ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳17,000.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
  • Each bonus has a specific expiry period. Unused bonuses will be cancelled automatically once they expire.
  • Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
  • 299bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the 299bd platform is governed by the following rules:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If the outcome of any game becomes uncertain due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
  • For sports betting, we generally follow standard market rules. In special cases, our decision is final.
  • Cheating, using software bots, or any other improper technique in betting is strictly prohibited.
  • Participation in activities related to syndicate betting or match fixing is prohibited.
  • The individual rules of game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe) also apply.

If a connection is lost during a live casino game due to a technical issue, the result will be determined based on server-side game data.

7 Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the activities listed below is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended or permanently cancelled and the balance may be forfeited:

  • Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
  • Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonus benefits.
  • Attempting hacking, phishing, or any other form of cyber attack.
  • Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial software for gaming or betting.
  • Stealing another member's account credentials or attempting unauthorized access to their account.
  • Deliberately exploiting any platform bug or vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
  • Placing bets on behalf of minors or enabling them to open accounts.
In cases of any suspicious activity, we are obligated to cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

If an account is closed for a standard reason, the verified balance will be returned. However, if closure is due to a breach of Terms, the balance may be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

299bd is not liable for the following:

  • Disruption to gaming experience caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
  • Software errors or decisions made by third-party game providers.
  • Issues with the user's own device or network.
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, or government directives.
  • Financial losses resulting from the user's own decisions.

In cases of a direct platform error, our maximum liability will be limited to the amount of that specific transaction.
